What are your business hours?
AFTER APRIL 18, we will be in the office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 12:00 to 5:00pm, until we finish all the tax returns of the people who filed an extension. You can make an appointment on the app, or call and leave us a message.
How much will you charge me to do my tax return?
Our fees range from $110 to $200 depending on the amount of forms needed to be filed. Average cost for simple returns is $110. Our fees include the efiling of federal and state tax returns.
What is your procedure this tax season?
We ask that you make an appointment to drop off your tax papers. This will allow time for you to sit down with a tax preparer who will go through the documents and make sure she has everything necessary to do your return. You may ask your questions at that time. We will also accept drop-offs without an appointment; however, we can't promise that a tax preparer will be available to speak to you right away.
What do I need to bring you, so you can prepare my tax return?
See a list here of items to bring to your appointment. Please bring with you all of your statements of income. These may include W-2s, and 1099s from earned income, social security, bank and investment accounts, gambling winnings, unemployment compensation, etc. If you received any kind of 1099, please bring that with you! If you have a Health Savings Account, we will need to know how much money was used from that account for the tax year. We will let you know during your drop-off appointment if we need more information.
